‘‘ Here to listen, ask, and uncover the stories that truly matter’’

I’m 23 years old, and like many people my age, I’m still learning, still questioning, and still trying to understand life more deeply. What has always shaped me the most is curiosity — especially about people. I’ve always been interested in the conversations that happen after the usual questions, after “How are you?” and after the surface-level talk. The moments when people slow down, open up, and speak honestly about what they’ve experienced, what they’re struggling with, and what life has been teaching them. Those moments are where I believe the most meaningful connections happen. Creativity, for me, has never just been about making something — it’s about creating space. Space for ideas, for reflection, for understanding, and for real human connection. That belief is what led me to create After Small Talk. In a world where conversations are often fast, reactive, and shallow, I wanted to build something different — a place where people can pause, listen, and explore the deeper parts of being human. A place where stories are shared openly and where different perspectives can meet with curiosity instead of judgment. I don’t claim to have all the answers. In fact, this project exists because I’m still searching for myself and still learning about people, emotions, growth, and what gives life meaning. But I believe in something simple and powerful: Every person has a story worth hearing. Sometimes, all it takes is someone willing to ask a deeper question — and someone willing to truly listen. That’s the spirit behind everything I create.
